Contest Brief

I'm looking to get a design and plan created for a laundry room renovation, this will form the basis of the job for the contractor to work from so must be accurate. Ideally a 3d rendering of the room. Hamptons or coastal style.
Room dimensions are 2182mm long, 1850mm wide 2400mm high.
Counters are 570mm deep, prefer 600-650 depth for new counters.
You should also allow space under the counter for a dryer too, next to the washer.
Possibly a skinny broom cupboard at the end on the right.
