Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo design to be done. The business name is "Carpe Diem Homes". We are a luxury spec home builder. In other words, we build luxury homes to sell. Carpe Diem means seize the day. We are based out of Tulsa, OK. Using the state of OK as part of logo could be cool, but not required. The logo can contain elements of any of these things. NO GENERIC LOGOS. BE CREATIVE PLEASE. This logo will be on documents, email signature, a big sign on properties, etc. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE 2 STORY CONTEMPORARY HOMES. NOT HIGH RISE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. Contemporary homes being key here. I also want a logo that looks good without any wording if the wording isn't inside the logo.
