Contest Brief

My business is a small start-up in a busy market place, based in Brighton on the southern UK coastline. It's quite an 'alternative' city, but also quite affluent.

I have a logo, but it doesn't quite work for me, and I'm looking for a new idea.

I visit parents homes to teach them how to massage their babies. This is a more professional and premium service than the local 'group classes' and mums who just do this as a side-line.

It's a fine balance, as my logo needs to scream 'professional' and that I've been doing this for years, but also it needs to keep an element of 'warm & fuzzy' as it's aimed primarily at first-time mums, who want to feel like their putting their most precious babies in the arms of someone who will look after them and who's a bit 'mother-earth'.

The company name is: FORGET-ME-KNOT, and I need a logo with just that wording, as well as an additional image with the logo expanded to include the following full wording: AT HOME BABY MASSAGE CLASSES WITH FORGET-ME-KNOT

The 'knot' the company name refers to is obviously the 'knots' we build up in our muscles, and what the full name is saying is don't forget about us, and don't forget about your own health. It also refers to the Forget-me-not flower, which has become my symbol and the colour i predominantly use - which is also a very baby-friendly colour. The current logo is on my website, but I'd rather you not look at it until you've had some of your own ideas, as I don't want it to limit your creativity.

Once I've selected a logo, I will need high-res versions for printing on business cards & marketing material, as well as medium res for web use.
