Logo for a Business Program

Contest Brief

Hello, I run learning and development for an electrical distributor. We need to create a logo for a sales trainee program at our company. It needs to match the look and feel of another program logo that we already have, yet still be distinct and identifiable.

The program is called "Quest" and it should reflect the journey and upward motion of a sales trainee. Possible images could be a mountain peak or a path or even stepping stones. The upward trajectory would capture the sales idea, and the “climb” could indicate the journey. The logo must incorporate a symbolic image, the name Quest and also our company logo.

I'm attaching a copy of the logo for our Foundations Program, which is a an existing and related program. The new Quest logo should look like it belongs to the same family as the Foundations logo.

RULES:
1. The word Quest must appear in Arial font and the blue color is HEX #0039A6 Other acceptable colors are Grey...HEX #5C5D60
2. The logo must incorporate the United logo similar to the example in the Foundations example where it is deemphasized. There are TWO versions of te United logo attached - horizontal and vertical. Either one is fine to incorporate.
3. There must be a single representative image (mountain peak or other) to signify the QUEST theme

Also attached are the company logo and also some general images that might give you a sense of what could work.
