Contest Brief

We'd like a logo in the style of the two attached images. Perhaps a wolf or a bear, or some other style of eagle or mountain lion. We are starting an overlanding, offroading adventure club, and want the logo to bring out the elements of nature. Colors should convey an autumn feel. The name of the club will be The October Wild.

UPDATE: I'm looking for the earth elements to be naturally integrated into the features and/or contours of the animal--for example, the sun in the sky is the eye...please look at the attachments for how those logos were created.
