You cannot award a freelancer based on a copied entry, handover the prize and then ask him to make a new entry.

#1. Are you really that blunt to willingly agree to do business with someone who is a proven cheater ?
#2. What guarantee do you have that the ' final ' design he provides will not be a copy . I am almost certain that it will be because this is one of those designers who is here to purely scam contest holders, take their money and run off.

It seems like you don't actually appreciate the intricacies of running a successful business, and as such, it is fitting that you get designs like this.

  Well said, one of my designs was rated very early on in the contest, and I have been working with the contest holder, putting in hours of work and asking for feedback. Changes kept being made and the design was developed, until a point where I was just ignored and this copy of a design was chosen instead. Rude and unprofessional way of designing a logo.

Yes, He is back again. He's copied logo from others, This time from behance. Like i said before beware of this copy designer @ Md.E who stole my previous winning contest. I have reported to freelancer support.
