Contest Brief

I need an experienced designer to rework my existing logo. The aim is to adjust the logo to make it visible and stand out when printed on black T-shirts. I'm looking for someone with a keen eye for colors, text modifications and modifying shapes who can:

- Work with the current color scheme to adapt to a black background. Wanting logo to be printed on black T-shirts.
- Change the black area around the "R" to a dark grey/silver as in the silver example provided.
- Design a logo variant where letters are transformed from being transparent to white to suit a black background.
- In addition, offer a design alternative where the original blue & black remains and the text is changed to white but maybe a black or silver border.
- I'm open to ideas so please help me make the logo stand out on black backgrounds.

My business specializes in cleaning large high-rise residential complexes. My staff needs to be identifiable with great shirts.

The ideal freelancer for this job has extensive experience with logo modifications and an understanding of how color contrasts work on different print backgrounds.
