Logo ReDesign Contest

Contest Brief

I need new and improved iterations of a logo concept for my philanthropic foundation, which I have uploaded. I envisage the primary colors to be blues and grays, with accent colors or shading as seen fit by the designer. The design should incorporate symbolic imagery that represents our foundation's values of "helping great leaders do better" (our tagline). The rough logo concept that I uploaded integrates the idea of our foundation helping another person (i.e., a nonprofit leader) up the stairs or up a ladder to achieve something greater because of our help and support. Please create a clearer or better visual concept for the same idea. The logo is for the Ledbetter Foundation, which is why the uploaded logo is built around the abbreviated letters "LF." To give you context, the word "better" is presented in BOLD BLUE font in our foundation name to emphasize how we want to help great leaders do "better." That blue will be matched to a blue color used in the winning logo.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in logo design
- Proficient in graphic design software
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Ability to effectively interpret client requirements
- Prior experience with abstract and symbolic designs is a plus
