Luxury Condo Development Logo (Petoskey Skyboxes)

Contest Brief

I am responsible for branding and marketing a new luxury lake view condominium community in Petoskey, MI (United States). The community will be named Petoskey Skyboxes and consist of 8 two-story condos. These condos will sell between $1.5-$2mil and will have very high end finishes. The logo I come up with must reflect a sense of luxury and prestige, while incorporating the lifestyle of Petoskey. I have attached a future view from the condos to give a sense of location. This might be a useful image to incorporate in your design, though is not necessary. The key is that this feel prestigious and give a sense of luxury. Dark blue, silver, black, and gold are all viable colors to choose from. Thanks!

**I would like to see more original ideas, not copycats of those already under consideration. Also, something that captures the idea of being perched at an elevation not available anywhere else in town, with views nobody else can enjoy**

    I’d love to see the word skyboxes featured more prominently in some of these designs. Petoskey is the location of the project whereas as skyboxes is really the name of emphasis.
