Make a picture of a "Multi-Page Report"

Contest Brief

Please create a picture of a " 6 page Paper Report" to show the idea of our customers getting a free report when they fill out a form on our website. The creation will be of 6 actual pieces of paper spread out depicting the report the customer will receive. The pages on this creation should be realistic and although somewhat spread out like a fan, most of each of the pages look readable. The attachment is somewhat what I am describing, except I'd like the pages to each show more (not as covered by the top page) so the information below shows.

On the pages will be words, charts, graphs, and numbers as well as the Title (on the first page): "Historical Performance and Analytics Report", and also the additional headings on subsequent pages: "Historical Results", "Performance Analysis", "Assumptions", "Additional Ideas and Suggestions", "Conclusion". Of course only part of the headings will be legible since the pages somewhat overlap in the picture. The image file you will make will only be approximately 3 inches (top to bottom) by about 4 inches (side to side) when opened.

Interpret this file description however you want - I'd like to see some entries with a multi-page report that looks like it was a photograph (completely realistic), and others that look like an icon (image representation) of a multi-page report.

      I have looked at the other designs and have realized that my ability is not yet at the level required by you. I can't create anything better than the designs already present, unfortunately. I have stopped going forward with my designs.
