     Ouch, 'vistaprint' is quite a painful thing to say.

     Hi, thanks for that. The layout was nice but it was too dense and cluttered compared to our usual style. If you look at our website and the template provided, we usually work with much less detail, more white space and a very clean, clear look. Thanks very much.
