I want to place an online ad for a caretaker for my older sister and I need it to be an eye-catching jpg picture. It will be the text below, enclosed in an attractive frame with a curved header that has images of caretakers and their elderly patients in various situations, with the elderly patients smiling happily. Related documents are attached.
see Daily care ad.jpg for a sample of what I want. Add the Jamaican flag, maybe one each side or one in the center below the picture row. You can use different pictures; I would prefer more Black people because it is for Jamaica.
The text is below:

Daily care at $2000 per 8-hour day is required for a retired female piano teacher and church organist and also for her pet cat.
She has short-term memory loss and is malnourished because she forgets to eat.

Your job will be as follows:

1) Ensure that she eats and drinks as required, 3 meals per day and drinks, by reminding her and feeding her if necessary

2) Ensure that she keeps herself and her surroundings clean by reminding her, assisting with bathing and doing the actual cleaning if necessary

3) Cat care

4) Communicating with her regularly in a firm,friendly and non-violent way at all times.
