Contest Brief

Need a professional to review the attached floor plans , make adjustments and provide a professional diagram with dimensions.

We are planning to build a G+2 house in a plot area of 200 sq yards (33 X 55 feet), east facing plot
ground floor parking,
first floor 3 BHK is for us and
second floor (2 flats each 2 bhk rental purpose) one can be east and north facing.

Attached floor plan created by me as per our current site and vastu for 3bhk and 2 bhk, The dimensions mentioned in the paper are roughly calculated by me.

As i'm new to freelancer and this is a POC so tight on budget, if we like your plan, we can have next level discussion for complete house planing. Please comment if you have any questions.
