I want a great logo for: E-ployment.org

It will be an international marketplace of skills (such as Fiverr, Guru, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) where buyers and sellers can find each other and work together online. 10% of the profits will go to charities. I want the logo that causes the viewer to think of a stable company with integrity that is solid and will be around for a long time. At the same time, it has to be a friendly logo as well, and feel inviting to the potential user. Must appeal to people who offer freelance services and those who buy those services.

I am attaching logos from two other businesses I own. I like the freshness of each, the colors, the eye appeal. I am not suggesting that you copy these images, they are totally different businesses. However, it does show some of the style elements I enjoy in a logo.
