Contest Brief

I have an open terrace (approx 112 Sq meters for lower deck and 27m for the higher deck), and would like to hire a pro to do the design.
The area is colored yellow in the attached drawing and 3d.

What's required:
1- Detailed 3D terrace design, showing the sitting areas, playground, BBQ area, etc.
2- front and back design walls (I would like to keep the whole area private) (e.g. using GRC) to conceal the area from the external world.
2- The wall closing the area under the higher deck.
3- sun shading, I prefer cloth based shading but any other suggestion will be considered.
4- design the steps linking the lower and higher deck from both sides.
5- define the materials used in the design (Stones, marble, etc.)
6- suggest the right colors

i will update this with more pictures soon

attachments:
1- Floor plan showing the lower deck (in yellow)
2- simple 3d drawing showing both terrace decks.
3- a 3d design of the house from another side (just to give an idea about the house looks)

updates:
The higher Deck is 2.5m (clear height) from the lower deck
The higher Deck is 3x9.5m area

Hello Serious, cxould you please provide the position of the door on lower deck and on the upper deck, and please provide the extension part of the upper deck, I know the deck is 9,5m*3.0m, but we missing the extension part! Regards! and please #extend if posible
