Contest Brief

I bought a small Office. The sides of the Office are 13'X13'X15'X7.5' and Height is 9.5'. The actual images of the Office are attached. Also I have attached the layout (to the scale). I want ideas for interior design of this office I bought. Idea is to let it out on rent. I want to show how the office can look with attractive interior design concept. You can think of wall papers, Chairs, Table etc. But remember the total carpet areas is only 140 sq. ft and the dimensions are odd. We can have small cabin also inside. But I am not keen on it. Please share me your interior design ideas from different angles for my new small office.

Purpose can be personal office - like financial advisor's office, CA's Office, IT start up office, back office, Job Consultant's office, lawyer's office etc.

      I do not have CAD software with me. But it should be very easy to create CAD file with the dimensions I shared. Base is 13', 13', 15', 7.5' and height is 9.5'
