  it is a flagging business , people that place signs on the road, and delineators when there is a construction or road work
  with trucks and flashing lights/arrows, with a flag person with a stop/slow sign.

  the idea of the cone as the letter A is great but it has been used by other logos, the logo needs to spark a little more, I don't know how, you're the expert.:)
