Contest Brief

I need an artist to design me a tattoo. I would like the American Bald Eagle, the Albanian Double Headed Eagle. Also, I would like to incorporate a Crucifix of some sort and an image of Gjergj Kastrioti (easily found on Google). I have attached images of what I was looking to combine, one way or another.
