Contest Brief

I need Architectural Drawings,
Plans, Dimensions, Layouts, 3D Renderings (Internal, External and Aerial View), VR Tour, Facades and many more for 5 Residential Tower Blocks with added Facilities like Chillax Zone, Infinity Swimming Pool, Floating Dock/Cinema and many more. Google Map of the plot will be made available to contestants.

Please take into consideration that this development will be in Lagos, Nigeria.

Use of convection currents to cool the towers/ apartments and 360 degrees panoramic view ( especially for CITYHEIGHTS 360 and CITYHEIGHTS 360+ Towers) of the Lagos Lagoon (waterfront) and surroundings will be very important.

The winner of this competition will be awarded extra $250 to bring the total to $1250 plus guaranteed jobs for 15yrs.

hello, I have doubts with the terrain, you say you have 5000 sqm but in the google maps view taking measurements according to the drawing you put in the pdf I calculate around 10000 sqm
