Trace a Logo symbol in illustrator

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your attention towards my project. I need a logo traced in Illustrator so that i can have its .ai file. Pl. check attached file. I want it exact the same. i will give you font face to add with this symbol once it is approved (nothing complecated). that will be the part of this project.
