Contest Brief

We are excited to announce a competition to select a talented UI/UX front-end designer for our new version of our employeeconnect.com HRIS. This system is developed using .Net and will be required to operate flawlessly across all mobile devices, providing a responsive and user-friendly experience.We will negotiate a fixed-price contract of approx $5000 with the winner.

Project Overview:
The HRIS is a comprehensive tool for managing employee data, payroll, recruitment, and other HR functions. It uses Forms, Reports, Cards, Timesheets, Calendars, Pop-ups, Slideouts, Funnels, Gant charts, and Dashboards extensively.

The interface must be modern, intuitive, and accessible, ensuring efficient and straightforward usage by HR professionals and other end-users across the web and mobile.

Submission:

Please submit a design prototype or mock-ups of the different objects, that showcase your skill and creativity for this project

A brief description of the design approach and the choice of tools and libraries used should accompany the submission.

I will post examples of objects once the project is live

Judging Criteria:

Creativity and Innovation: How original and innovative the design is.
Functionality: Usability and functionality of the proposed design, especially in terms of mobile responsiveness and user interaction.
Aesthetic Appeal: Visual appeal and professional presentation of the design.
Adherence to Requirements: How well the design meets the outlined technical specifications.

Requirements:

The design will be implemented using .Net.
Incorporation of standard JavaScript libraries is essential for front-end functionalities. (e.g. BootStrap. JQuery, etc.)
The interface should be mobile responsive, adjusting smoothly to different devices and screen resolutions.
This is our older design system https://design.employeeconnect.com/design-system/css/color.html as a starting point. We are a predominately a ‘blue’ brand.

Winner:

We will negotiate a fixed-price contract of approx $5000 with the winner to work with our development team to bring the HRIS to life. This engagement is guaranteed for the winner.

This collaboration will involve refining the winning design and aligning it with our development processes to ensure a successful project implementation.

Design a UI/UX working prototype for the HRIS that is both innovative and practical, adhering to modern design principles.
Ensure compatibility across all mobile devices, optimizing the design for various screen sizes and orientations.
Utilize standard JavaScript libraries for the front-end development to enhance functionality and ensure a seamless user experience.
