  Shouldn't this be the other way around? A voice over is kind of an after thought to creating an animation.

     Actually, no, both are integral parts of the production. Thinking about the voice over as an "afterthought" often results in a rush job by a poor voice actor. That's why I'm creating this partnership in order to present all key aspects of the project together and ultimately create the best product for a client
