I require a professional voice over for my explainer video which is 1:45 seconds long. (NO ASIAN/INDIAN ACCENTS PLEASE)

30 for a 1:45 is well below budget even for Freelancer. If you consider increasing the prize to something more reasonable I suspect you will receive a larger number of professional grade entries. I suspect most of the pros will sit this one out as is.
