Hi!

The Villa Ste-Rose is a private retirement home located in Laval, Canada. We take a lot of pride in a very specific sentence - in french - which says "À la Villa Ste-Rose, on prend soin de nos résidents comme s'ils étaient nos propres parents.".

It would roughly translate to "At Villa Ste-Rose, we take care of our residents as if they were our very own parents."

It's something we're really proud of, and it's the main thing I want my 110 employees to remember, when they're out taking care of our 110 residents (all of which are 89 years old in average, dealing with demencia and other neurocognitive troubles). We have printed this phrase on coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc. I'd like to print it on a big wall, in the employee break room. However, i need a proper design. So far, i have basically done the "design" myself, using the vistaprint design tool. It's obviously pretty straightforward, as you can see. I'd like to have something more polished in terms of design for this very special sentence for us. I'd like it to be warm, and I'd like it be more visually pleasing that it currently is. It's meant to be seen by everyone, everyday, and it's meant to be a reminder of the reason why we do what we do, on a daily basis. It's the reason why we're working so hard everyday, taking care of our eldery residents: it's because we want them to be treated the same way we'd like our very own parents to be treated.
