I NEED A DESIGN OF THE WEBSITE TO GET AN OVERALL IDEA OF THE THEME FOR THE WEBSITE!!

I will be starting an online Spanish Tutoring business. The name of the business is The Spanish Yapper. At this moment I do not have company colors, artwork, or logo.

I am looking to have a web design for my new website. The two below websites is something similar to what I want done. I need a designer that can come up with the feel, and look for the website.
