Contest Brief

I have a wordpress site frontend runs. When logging in as admin it logs in but there is no admin(dashboard) available .
I run debug and could see that databse wp_postmeta could not be repaired. I need to delete /wp_postmeta.TMD to repair database but don't know how?

Any help?
