Create 2D character with 3 animations

There is the game Lords of War and Money (LWM for short)

In LWM battle system looks great, but all other game mechanics are terrible.
There is nothing to do for a player. Thus, I want to create a game with a similar
battle scene but with the much more interesting world and activities.
LibGDX game engine and spine-libgdx library were chosen for my game

Animation created in Spine editor can be integrated with LibGDX engine.

I checked their test example and it works. That test example in folder "Result format example".
Result of this task must be in the same format (4 files: .png, .atlas, .json, .skel)
Сharacter to draw: Archer
You can find similar animation from LWM in the folder "Archer animation example".
You need to do 3 animations:
1. inaction_cycle - this is a cycle character animation at rest.
The character just standing and swaying slightly.
Example: "Heroes V animation example/[login to view URL]".
2. inaction1 - this is a single action animation at rest.
Goal: to make characters standing on the battlefield less boring.
Example: "Archer animation example/[login to view URL]".
In LWM inaction1 is raising the bow up, inaction2 is swaying the bow slightly.
But it's better to make animation a little different (not like a copy of LWM animation).
3. inaction2 - this is another single action at rest.
Every 2 seconds inaction1 or inaction2 activates for one character on the battlefield.
Archer description:
There are 7 types of units for human faction:
Peasant, Archer, Footman, Griffin, Priest, Cavalier, Angel
Each of them has an upgrade. E.g. Archer -> Marksman
Archer's drawing should show that it's one of the weak units.
I.e. Archer's equipment should simpler than Marksman's equipment.
Archer's movement should be disciplined (like any solder in a human's army).
Drawing description:
- With a calm outline
- Realism: medium or higher
I mean with real proportions of the body (not like a cartoon's characters)
- Elements should be big and expressive
The game will be adapted for android and ios.
Players will watch the graphics from small mobile screens.
You can compare two characters:
folder "Archer animation example" and folder "Hero animation example".
The archer is simpler and anybody can see all his details on a mobile screen,
but it looks a little boring.
The hero has a lot of details (you can't see all of them on a mobile screen),
but anyway drawing looks much better (more expressive). Even via a mobile screen.
Thus, the drawing should be expressive like the hero but with the bigger size of details.
- Expressive and unique silhouette. In order to make the character more recognizable.
- Goog color combinations (not all colors can be used together)
- Realistic materials of character clothes (realistic tissue, realistic metal, etc.)
It would be good if I can see a preliminary sketch before you get to work.
