We need an asp.net system to track:
1. Contact info
2. Property
The requirement:
1. Login page
2. Admin page (simple where we can add user and assign permission to view only/edit)
3. Contact with fields for contact and type of contact
4. property info
5. Action taken
6. reporting for contacts and property
7. Scheduler where it will send email upon schedule
8. ASP.NET
9. MS SQL database
10. Here's the pages:
- Login Page
- Admin Page
- Contact List
- Contact Detail
- Property List - with info on actions taken
- Property Detail - with selection of action taken
- Search Page (can be included in the Detail or List)
- Scheduler (daily, weekly, or monthly) sending email (multiple emails is possible)
- Report: a. Contact List ( based on date added - user can select date range)
b. Property List ( based on date added - user can select date range)
c. Schedule list (user can select date range)
Note: The code must be as simple to edit as possible. No complex coding please. Our client just need this to run properly. Budget is tight and our maximum budget is $150.00.
