ASPX URL's to Wordpress Redirects Needed

I have a new Wordpress site (Actually 6 of them).
The old site had URL's ending in .aspx
The new site is Wordpress so those URL's have changed.
We change provide an excel sheet of BEFORE (and) AFTER url's for redirect.
A typical 301 redirect with HTACCESS we tried but it doesn't work because it's ASPX to Wordpress (.html) change.
Looking for someone to do this and we will provide compensation - but we need to know your PLAN on how you can do the redirect for the URL's properly.

Hi, If you want to keep the old url .aspx on older website ? and just need to 301 to new URL ? I can help.
.apsx to .html IS possible to accomplish with .htaccess, I have done it many times before. Alternatively, it is possible using PHP redirects. Whichever way works for you. Let me know if you'd like any more info.
