Create application that auto-start with the android (broadcast messsage) and create a service that will read a URL (eg [url removed, login to view]) and put the answer in a string variable. If the content is other than "OK", create a notification to the user with the content received. If the content is "OK", wait 10 seconds and repeat the process.
