I need an animation that needs to look like the image attached.

The animation should be created from a still image of a real person sitting on a couch. The room, including the person and interior should turn to a graphic (in the style like the image attached), then there shoudl be a visual zoom on the persons face, some air waves move into the persons face, then the graphic should move back to the original perspective.
