Convert some delphi code to a vb.net function

I have some code from an open source project which is written in delphi, I need this code in VB.net - This is for a personal project.

You will need to know Delphi and VB.net obviously :) Looking at the code you may also need knowledge of Assembly but this may not be true.

I think this should be quite simple given you have the above knowledge as the code is provided and avaliable from (or find the code for [url removed, login to view] attatched):

[http:?/?/?[url removed, login to view]?[url removed, login to view]][1]

and the function is Unrandomizer - which I assume is in [url removed, login to view]

I will need this function 'unrandomizer' working with either the full range of memory addresses like in the original code or a specific memory address to unrandomize.
