This job is being posted for [login to view URL], the platform for sports photography. Our primary audience is directors of races all around the world. We cover races of all types and sizes.
JOB OVERVIEW: We need copy written for an engaging, easy to read PDF guide that a race director would find highly valuable as they plan their race. It should be 5-7 pages of copy.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO: We need you to write compelling copy that would be very valuable for a race director. For example, one of the topics could be: '10 tips to grow your event' 'how to get great photos at your event' or 'great ways to get free PR for your race'
KEY SKILLS: We need you to be a sports writer who is well versed in the language that sports organizers would tend to use. While you do not need to be an expert in being a race director, you do need to be able to research this information so your copy positions you as an expert that race directors will come to depend on. Also:
-strong writing skills and attention to detail
-flawless command of English
-ability to write copy that is concise, compelling, and catchy.
END RESULT: We'll be very happy if we can get copy that race directors will find very valuable as they plan and launch their races.
