Audio Identity/ Sound Logo

I need a 'signature sound' for my company -- something that can be used along with the logo as a lead-in for videos, etc... kind of like Intel has their sound logo, or t-mobile, etc... although I don't want it to sound so "techy" and it doesn't need to be super short (maybe more like 5 seconds long).
The sound should be upbeat (like happy, not like techno/dance music) and carefree. It would also be nice to have a sound loop that matches the single sound as background music to play during a video or through transitions.
The sound logo should be around 3 seconds long. I would also like a 2 minute (approx) or maybe 1 minute loop of matching music for background music.

I would like something that has the same sound quality (not fake sounding synth stuff) and an original melody (so it's not a complete rip off) but same kind of thing.
