Create a BizTalk flow

Hey,
I need someone to create a BizTalk flow (compatible with Azure) which polls a HTTP address (every ten minutes - URL is based on the current date/time), transforms the XML and puts it into a SQL Server DB in Azure. An example DB would also need to be built, the DB doesn\'t need to be indexed or anything, but the BizTalk flow must be efficient.

I would want some fields removing, I would want the date/time converting and fields mapped to fields with different names in the DB.
