Classic Ford parts finder website

Right, i had an idea of a website that i want making.

Basicly it is a website just like

but it speacialises in just Classic ford cars up to 1980.

so what i want is the full site making, including a logo and all the database things and the form for the users to use.

so a person visits the site and i want it to look very classy and have a classic Ford look, and there is a very easy to use form they have to fill in, just like the forms on the site above. Then once they complete the form they submit it. Then i want a system were people who sell the parts, can register and log in, and see all the parts requests, but i want it so when they register is cost either 20 for 1 week, 40 for 1 month, 200 for 6 months or 350 a year and they can pay though paypal, or cheque only.

So i want the site to work basicly like the sites i said above but is for people who want to find only classic ford parts.

so you will need to design the whole site, make a logo and set up eveything, and upload it to my hosting, which i already have.

This is just to find out how much it will cost me, if you send me some quotes, i will add this project again in a few weeks for real when you can start making it.
