Convert Book to Short Blog Posts

I have a book I need to convert to blog posts. It is 302 pages and I need to have it broken up into several blog posts anywhere from 250-500 words. No proofreading is required of any kind. I just need someone to take the time to break the content up into blog post size chunks. You may have to do some simple formatting. This should be a fast and simple project for someone who knows what they are doing. There are some graphics associated with the book. If a graphic is below a paragraph, that graphic needs to be included in that post. Each post is to be delivered in MS Word document with the associated graphics. I am not looking for any particular number of posts. Just 250-500 of posts that make sense. I have a list of keywords I would like you to associate each post with. It's a vast list so using keywords 2-3 times is acceptable.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
