Complete HTML description and image for eCommerce Product Catalogue

We have a ecommerce product catalogue (973 products) that needs the descriptions and/or image fields populating,
We have 418 products which require the description field populating.
You will need to search the internet based on "name" and/or "sku" field and then populate the "description" field with a html based description. The HTML code must be basic without any div, style or font tags.
Row 1 (highlighted in green) in the attached spreadsheet shows an example of one such description.
Where the "description" field has content then you need to check and remove any font, div styling from the HTML
Each of the 973 product needs a single PNG format image, most product images can be easily found with a google search.
You need to make sure the images have a white or very light backround color. The image name should be the the "sku" code plus file extension, see row 1 highlighted in green in the attached spreadsheet
