id can just go +1 for each new one. Potential school is the name of the school you researched, potential organization is the organization inside the school that runs the award program or competition, the programs are the names of the awards programs or competitions that fit the descriptions in the instructions sheet, the admin name/email/# are the contact details for the lead, the 'reference' field can just be for notes you find that might make it a really attractive lead - like if they have a gala - notes are just anything extra you want to put, name is your name, and date is today's date.
