I need to create a program that calculates the best odds from my inputs.

I need a software that i can input data, the program has to analyze the data and give me the best breakdown.

This software has to be able to calculate odds.

You have to be really good in math.

Payment won't be release until the job is 100% complete.

I won't release any payment until i receive the software and is working properly.
