Convert Excel file for MYOB to import

When taking customer orders, I use an Excel spread sheet.
Customer names are in the columns
Items are in the rows.
When entering these orders into MYOB it is done manually by copying and pasting the item codes into MYOB and typing the quantity.
I am seeking a developer to create a program that will look at my excel sheet and translate it into a file that can be imported into MYOB.
One of the difficulties will be equating the customer name in the original spreadsheet to correspond with the customer name (and details) on the import sheet. We should discuss more and your solution is welcome.
I will provide example files:
- The original spreadsheet
