Awesome flash banner/intro needed for website header

Hello fellow Flash designers,
I'm looking for someone skilled with Flash to handle the development of a flash animation for my website header.
I'll provide you with the logo of our company, which you'll need to animate with motions and transitions, using our products or whatever you like, to give an awesome result! I want something eye-catching and impressive - I need to say "WOW!" when I'll see it on the screen... You get my point! ;)
Here are examples of transitions I like:

Basically, we deal with motorcycles. On the logo, you can find these elements;
- An eye
- Hair
- Two "clipart-like" motorcycles
- Text (Our company name) - 2 fonts being used
- A subtitle
- Our city name
I want to scene to be 900px X 290px. Scripting, if required, must be done using AS3.
I also need to be able to add something that will looks like a quality seal over the animation, that could appear at the end. I still don't have the image for the seal, so I would let you use a mockup for this element, which I could replace in the movieclip later.
Please provide me with your portfolio upon bidding - I want to see what you can do.
