Adding payment gateway; adding flash; amending headers on existing web page

I have a SELF EDITABLE SITE. I need to make the following amendments on my existing website. Please quote the following separately

Project 1 : Adding payment gateway.

1. Add a shopping basket and account using existing Order button functions if possible. (see pdf file)

2. Add pay pal as a payment gateway to accept credit card payment and automatically calculate freight

Project 2 : Minor alterations to the site

3. Change existing header titles "Music4kids"; "Magazines4kids" and "Books4kids" into other names

4. Remove existing "recent releases" , "upcoming releases" and "gallery" links on homepage to inside webpages and add flash to highlight new product.

5. Allow for existing pictures on homepage to flash every few seconds

6. Edit picture sizes and adding one more picture space on section pages.

7. Allow upload of high res image on special login page for media (see home page).

8. Make "about Kidz Gallery" as a page self editable also.

Please quote project 2 as an additional cost to project 1 in case budget does not permit changes.
