I need a banner designer that is flexible to work in designing various sizes and type of banners.

- Static or gif banners

- All type of sizes

- Flexible working hours

- Experienced!

In your PMB send me your sample banners done before or similar projects completed.

This would be on hourly or per-banner basis. I am looking for someone that could do $3-$5 each banner only. Long term project.
