Dealership Print Ad

We are a Franchised Hyundai dealership in New York. we are looking to build a long term relationship with a graphics design firm who can help us out with Print Ad design for advertising in various news papers. We will need a New layout once a month. Willing to get into a 6 month contract/agreement. Here are some details:
- Print ad design for Newpaper /Magazine . usually 3-4 models(i.e. Hyundai sonata, Hyundai Santa Fe) with prices, monthly payments. etc.
1 in english and 1 in spanish.
the size will vary from month to monch but it will usually be 10" X 10" in size
- All Major vehicle graphics will be provided by us. All lettering and outside graphics will be provided by you.
This month we are trying to put together an Eyegrabbing peice to promote our Grand Opening Sales Event.
Please provide me a quote given that you will be doing 2 Ads per month(1 english, 1 Spanish) and how many days you need to deliver an ad of this size!
Any examples you have in the same field would be helpful. Also if you choose to do a mockup, that's even better. Thank you.
