Looking to outsource Web Development and Partial Design from Web Design Consulting department. I have clients that I advise on Web Design (information architecture, features, modern design approach, responsive design needs, general requirements gathering and analysis) and Usability. I'm looking to reduce my workload by partnering up with a web developer or multiple to do development based on requirements I have gathered.
