We are moving our current webstore from oscommerce to magento (already installed, v1.9). You need to design new magento store from scratch. You can utilize some elements of our old website but new site needs a fresh look. Attached images show what kind of design we are looking for.
You have to be familiar with Magento and be able to implement/install your design.
