Alter some Images

I have 2 charts that I need altered for a blog post.
These charts are government published.
I would like these charts on a white background with colours to compliment my site:

In each chart, I would like a colour orange to be used:
in 5.1 where the chart refers to "aged care"
in 5.2 where the bars refer to 65-74, 75+, 75-84, 85+
from each chart, please REMOVE:
Figure 5.x
all the the subnote next to "a" (for each chart)
any unnecessary lines. I am trying to simplify the image.
I would prefer a very thin black outline against the colours if possible.
I have also included a newspaper version of the chart. This is a guide as to how these charts could be improved by a designer.
