Convert a Template to a Website

We use VLD Personals to run the back bone of the website however we need a good template design.
At present we are currently in the process of setting the site up etc.
The website is targeted towards Gay, Bisexual and Straight Males based around the World.
The colour scheme should comprise of cyan blue (0090ff) and grey (3e3e3e). The overall design needs to be fresh, dynamic and attractive to our target market.
The template should be easy to use and implement on the website.
The domain name is [url removed, login to view], require logo design also.
** Please note** we DO NOT require the system building, we already are using VLD Personals system we only require a template design.
