Alter one image of an audio speaker to make it look like another image

Create Image 1 (without any changes) in exactly the same style as Image 2, and provide as high resolution .png and .jpg files with a transparent background. This is a small, easy and fast job. You should be able to provide exactly what's required quickly and efficiently please.
I also need the name 'Smart Alex' added to the graphic using a silver-metal font that matches the look and weight of the audio speaker. This work is to be included in the cost, with payment released immediately upon a satisfactory image being provided.
I will need to see versions with the Smart Alex text presented in a variety of ways including:
1. at the top
2. at the bottom
3. with one word at the top and the other at the bottom
4. with one word at the top and the other at the bottom, and both words arching around the curve of the graphic of the audio symbol.
